We Understand

Fear of the Dentist Is More Common Than You Think

It is estimated that up to 60% of the population experiences some level of dental anxiety. If you have been avoiding the dentist out of fear, you are not alone — and we are here to help.

  1. 01

    No Judgment

Everyone has their own story. We listen before we act and respect your pace at every moment.

  2. 02

    You Are in Control

We agree on a 'pause' signal so you can stop the treatment at any time. You are always in control.

  3. 03

    Clear Communication

We explain every step before we take it. No surprises, no unexpected movements.

  4. 04

    Welcoming Environment

From the reception to the treatment room, we have created a space designed for your comfort and peace of mind.

Our Approach

Techniques That Make a Difference

We use a set of evidence-based techniques to minimize discomfort and anxiety during dental treatments.

  1. 01

    Trauma-Informed Care

Our team is trained in trauma-informed care. We recognize that past experiences influence how you experience the present moment. We adapt every appointment to your personal history, ensuring you feel heard and respected.

  2. 02

    Tell-Show-Do

Before any procedure, we explain what we are going to do (Tell), show you the instruments and how they work (Show), and only then proceed (Do). This modernized technique reduces the fear of the unknown.

  3. 03

    Sensory Modulation

We work at a calm, unhurried pace so you never feel rushed. Each step is carried out gently and deliberately, giving your nervous system time to stay at ease throughout the appointment.

  4. 04

    Noise Control

We provide noise-canceling headphones to eliminate the sounds that cause the most discomfort during treatments. You can listen to your own music or simply enjoy the silence.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am very afraid of the dentist. Can you help me?

Absolutely. Our team is trained in anxiety management techniques and trauma-informed care. We always start by listening to your concerns and adapt every appointment to your comfort level.

Does the first appointment involve any treatment?

Not necessarily. The first appointment can be just a conversation and a visual examination. The goal is to get to know you and for you to get to know us, without any pressure.

What if I need to stop during treatment?

We agree on a pause signal at the start of every appointment. Simply raise your hand and we stop immediately. You are always in control.

Are noise-canceling headphones included?

Yes, we provide noise-canceling headphones at no additional cost. You can bring your own music or use our relaxing playlists.

I have not been to the dentist in many years. Will you judge me?

Not at all. We frequently welcome patients who have not visited a dentist in years and we fully understand the reasons. Our team is prepared to welcome you without any judgment and help you resume your oral health care at your own pace.

Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a family member or friend to accompany you during your appointment. Having someone you trust by your side can help you feel safer and more at ease.

Do these techniques also work with children?

Yes. Our approach is especially effective with children, as it combines age-appropriate communication, a welcoming environment, and techniques like Tell-Show-Do that help young patients understand what will happen in a playful and fear-free way.

Do appointments for anxious patients take longer?

We reserve extra time for patients with dental anxiety so that you never feel rushed. This allows us to take breaks whenever needed and ensure you feel comfortable at every stage.

Do you offer any type of sedation?

We currently focus on behavioral and anxiety management techniques that are effective for the vast majority of patients. In specific cases, we can discuss complementary options. The most important thing is that we find the best approach for you together.
