The clinic is registered with the Portuguese Health Regulatory Authority (Entidade Reguladora da Saúde — ERS) under no. 25393, establishment no. E128470, operating licence no. 10984/2015.

The user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "User") acknowledges that by using this Site they are accepting these Terms of Use.

Ourique Smile Lda reserves the right to change, add, update or delete, partially or totally, these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated, and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. The User should consult this page periodically. If you do not agree with any of the rules of use, you should not use the Site.

Access to the Site is not subject to registration. Ourique Smile Lda has the exclusive right to, at all times, suspend, partially or totally, access to the Site, especially in management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernization operations and to close, definitively or temporarily, partially or totally, at any time, according to its will, the Site or any of the services, without prior notice.

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with the following rules:

• Do not use the Site to send or make available any content that is illegal, false, misleading, threatening, malicious, abusive, defamatory, injurious, invasive of privacy, racially, ethnically or morally objectionable, harmful or attacking the dignity of persons or harmful to minors, or that may negatively affect the brand or image of Ourique Smile Lda;
• Do not use the Site to send or make available information or content belonging to third parties and which you do not have the right to use, such as, for example, content protected by third party copyright or content containing personal data of third parties;
• Do not use the Site to make available or transmit any type of material that contains or may contain viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items or computer codes, files or programs that are likely to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer equipment or system (hardware or software) or communications equipment;
• Do not use or exploit, for commercial purposes or that are in any way paid, the Site, including its contents, materials, functionalities or resources. You may not, in particular, promote or disclose on the Site any brand, product or service, such as through offers of sale, requests for sponsorship and promotion of contests;
• Do not remove any copyright notice, trademark or proprietary rights notices;
• Do not impersonate anyone or any entity, including, but not limited to, an official of Ourique Smile Lda, do not misrepresent yourself as having any official role or affiliation, nor falsely testify to relationships or connections with anyone;
• Do not make available or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized content such as SPAM;
• Do not collect, store, make available, transmit, exploit or reproduce information about other users (including user names and/or email addresses) for unauthorized purposes.

In general, the User must use the Site responsibly, prudently and carefully, and must not disturb or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of its resources and functionalities. The User acknowledges that their use of the Site is at their own risk, being solely responsible for any damage caused to their computer system and/or equipment or for other damages or losses, including loss or damage of data, resulting from the use of materials, contents or information obtained, in any way, through the Site.

The User acknowledges that the Site, its structure and layout, the selection, organization and presentation of its content, including its functionalities and the software used therein, as well as the trademarks, logos and symbols presented on the Site, are the property of Ourique Smile Lda or have been duly licensed to it.

The User further acknowledges that the contents of this Site (texts, images, graphics, sound and animation and all other information made available) are protected by intellectual property rights and undertakes to respect such rights. It is up to Ourique Smile Lda to manage the design, layout and arrangement of all information, content and materials on the Site, so Ourique Smile Lda may, at any time, update, modify or delete any content, services, options or functionalities, as well as modify its presentation and configuration and change the respective URLs.

The User is not authorized to transmit, communicate to the public, publish, make available to the public, modify, transform, copy, sell, use or distribute, in any way, the texts, images or other information contained in this Site or part of the Site without prior written authorization from Ourique Smile Lda. The use of trademarks and logos on this Site, as well as the availability of materials and products on the Site, do not grant, nor can they be interpreted as granting, permission to Users to use, directly or indirectly, such trademarks, logos or materials.

The use of this Site does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data. However, if you wish to request contact and clarification, submit a complaint, schedule an appointment, or address comments or suggestions, you must provide us with some data, including your name and contact details, which will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this Site.

The information made available on the Site essentially aims to clarify and inform Users about aspects related to the activity and services provided by the company Ourique Smile Lda, as well as the products promoted and/or marketed by it.

The Site was developed by Ourique Smile Lda with the interests of its Users in mind, with the aim of disseminating and informing the public of its activity, namely in the provision of health care. However, we cannot guarantee that the Site or any functionality available on it will meet any needs and expectations you may have or that it will serve your specific purposes.

In particular, the information made available on the Site does not constitute medical advice, so it is advisable to consult a duly qualified professional whenever the User needs more specific advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ourique Smile Lda does not guarantee that:

• The results obtained through the use of the Site are correct, true, proper or reliable;
• Any advice, recommendation or information, of any kind, the responsibility of Ourique Smile Lda, presented or made available on the Site, or obtained through its use, are current, rigorous, complete or are free of errors;

• The qualities, functionalities or characteristics of the products, services, information or other materials or contents disclosed on the Site meet any expectation of the users.

Ourique Smile Lda will not be liable for errors that may occur due to system irregularities, failure (temporary or permanent) of the Site, applications or other tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ourique Smile Lda will not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or inability to use the Site.

The "Book Appointment" feature allows Users to request a consultation. The submission of a request does not guarantee immediate confirmation of the appointment, which remains subject to the Dental Clinic's schedule availability. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via telephone or email. Repeated failure to attend appointments without prior notice may result in limitations on future scheduling.

Ourique Smile Lda may provide links to pages of other entities. These Sites do not belong to nor are they operated or controlled by Ourique Smile Lda, so Ourique Smile Lda is not responsible for, approves or in any way supports or subscribes to the content of these Sites, nor of the Sites linked to it or referred to therein.

The establishment of links does not imply, as a rule, the existence of relationships between Ourique Smile Lda and the owner or manager of the web page to which the link refers. Therefore, Ourique Smile Lda is not responsible for the legality, reliability or quality of any content made available there, nor for compliance with the legal rules applicable in relation to the contents available there, the use of these links being the sole responsibility of the Users.

Ourique Smile Lda does not guarantee that the Site will function uninterruptedly, be free of errors or failures or that it will be available continuously. Ourique Smile Lda makes its best efforts to ensure that the Site does not have any type of virus or other dangerous elements of the kind for your computer or mobile device. However, since Ourique Smile Lda cannot fully control the circulation of information through the Internet, it cannot guarantee that they do not contain any type of virus or other elements that may damage your computer or mobile device.

If any part or provision of these Terms of Use is not enforceable or is in conflict with applicable law, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions will not be affected.

These Terms of Use are made available in several languages for the User's convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the Portuguese language version shall prevail.

Any questions or disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the courts of the District of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, including the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
